The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, a pixel density of 394 ppi, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. For protection, the display has Gorilla Glass 5. An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU powers the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra. It has 12GB of RAM built in. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is powered by a 4610mAh non-removable battery and runs Android 12. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra offers its own kind of quick charging.

The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has a triple camera configuration on the back, with a 200-megapixel (f/1.9) primary camera, a 50-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 12-megapixel (f/1.6) camera.
